How does mobile hairstyling work?
Nikita arrives at your home with everything required — professional tools, luxury shampoo, premium products and protective setup. All she needs is access to a sink and an outlet. Setup, service and cleanup are all handled for you.
Do I need to wash my hair first?
No. A luxury shampoo is included with every styling service. Your hair should simply be fully detangled before arrival — a $35 detangling fee applies if additional detangling is required.
What forms of payment do you accept?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is paid securely online when you book. The remaining balance is due at the appointment by card or major digital payment.
Do you travel outside Maryland?
Yes — travel outside Maryland is available by advance reservation. Airport, hotel, wedding and event services are quoted individually and travel fees may apply.
How much notice is required?
Please book at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations also require 48-hour notice to remain in good standing.
Can I book online?
Yes. Complete the short eligibility questionnaire, choose your service and reserve your weekday appointment online in minutes.
What happens if I have pets?
Pets are loved, but for safety and hygiene all pets must be secured away from the service area for the duration of the appointment.
